Care Groups

CG Committee Group Blessings Group Gatherings

In July of 2003 Grace Presbyterian Church established a new committee to restructure and revitalize our Care Group Ministry.  The committee was led by Kimberly Cook and supported by Kathy Molpus, Joyce Seitz, and Mollie and Karl Zick.  The intent of this effort was to get all congregation members more involved in each others well being through closer association at a `group' level.  To better facilitate this, Kimberly organized the groups geographically so no group member lives more than a few blocks from the other members of their group.   Each group was assigned a `Facilitator' who takes the lead in all group activities.  So far this has lead to Group social get-togethers such as the ones above.   Let's all continue having a good time with this - and get to know the Lord and our fellow church members better through it!

All members of Grace Presbyterian Church are now a member of a `Care Group' and have a `Facilitator' to go to for help and guidance.  There were originally 185 member `units'  (parents & children) in Grace PC and they were split up into 14 Care Group `families'.  In November 2003, there were a total of 240 adult members and 108 children that made up the Grace congregation.
